MD series assemblies

On most Case-IH planters when using heavy-duty openers with 205 series bearings, the gauge wheel will contact the seed opener hub. This interference causes premature bearing and hub failure, particularly at deep planting depths or rough no-till conditions. MD series gauge wheels with a specially designed inner rim will prevent the gauge wheel from hitting the bearing hub on heavy-duty seed opener blades and extend the life of new openers.
