- 1/2" x 2-1/2" steel shank with tube protector and chrome carbide insert.
- 1-7/8" wide foot with uplifting design lifts fractures the soil creating an expansion chamber for the NH3 to escape into. The NH3 is then trapped by the soil flow created by the V shaped insert on the leading edge of the knife.
- May also be used with liquid fertilizer.
