The Shoup distribution center is a busy place, with inbound freight being processed, light assembly and order picking and shipping all happening throughout the day. Because of all of this activity, Shoup is firmly committed to maintaining a safe workplace, and our employees play an active role in continuing our exemplary safety record. In order to work safely and efficiently, our warehouse employees strive to be accurate, organized, and focused on customer service. Our warehouse workers are the key to our ultimate goal – getting the correct parts to the customer on time.  For Shoup to continue to meet this goal we need people who are eager to learn and be team players; we need people who will help us over-deliver on our customer service promises.  Many of our front office employees got their start in the warehouse and others found that they had the skills to excel in our logistics or production divisions.
