Tax Exemption
Recent changes in tax law require us to start collecting sales tax from customers in most states unless we have a valid tax exemption certificate on file from the customer prior to the purchase. If we have a valid tax exemption certificate on file, we will not need to collect sales tax on any items that qualify for the applicable tax exemption in your state. Most states with a sales tax have a farm machinery and equipment exemption for products used for agricultural production.
We would like to help make the certificate collection process as easy as possible for our customers. Please select your state below and follow the quick and easy steps for submitting your certificate to our team.
If you have any questions about this letter, please call us at 1-800-627-6137 and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are not qualified to provide tax or legal advice, so please consult a tax advisor if you have questions about the application of sales tax to your purchases or the availability of any exemptions.
Please Note: If your state is not listed below, there is no action required on your part.
