To support all of the operations at Shoup, we have an extensive internal network with all of the associated hardware and software. Our IT department is responsible for maintaining Windows and Mac desktop and mobile devices, virtual machines, network switches, and our call center phone system. They are also familiar with everything from Office 365 to IBM System i software and DB2 database management. Our business relies very heavily on this technology and we can’t afford down time. We need dedicated people who have excellent diagnostic skills, who work as well with people as they do with machines, and who really shine when they are challenged.
